Contact Onestrada

One channel for the brief and the questions the brief raises. We work asynchronously by design — written replies move faster than calendars when you're co-ordinating across European time zones.

Briefs and questions land in the same inbox. We reply within one business day; if a brief lands over a weekend, the first response is sent Monday morning Central European Time. When the trip is inside seventy-two hours, mark the subject line "urgent" and we'll prioritise it ahead of the queue.

What to include

A reply-ready brief

The first reply is faster when the brief carries the destination, the dates (or the rough window), the delivery point, the kind of car, and any planned border crossings. Anything else — a specific marque you've driven before, an event reshaping the calendar, a route across the Italian Alps — sharpens the shortlist further. Send only what you know; we ask the rest.

If the structure of a form helps, the enquiry page captures the same fields with a destination picker and a free-text brief. Both routes reach the same concierge inbox.

Mid-rental support

During the booking

Once the booking is confirmed, the supplier's twenty-four-hour roadside number lives on the contract, on the glovebox folder, and on the keyring. Concierge support stays open on the same email through the rental — for question routing, document re-sends, and any change to the handover or return that needs to be confirmed in writing with the supplier.

For the operative paperwork behind any of this, see how bookings work, the insurance and deposits reference, the cancellation terms, and — for itineraries crossing a border — the cross-border rentals notes. The about page frames who sits where in the chain.

Send the brief

Email is the slow lane for a written reply. The enquiry form takes the same fields with a destination picker and routes to the same concierge inbox.
