Luxury car rental for Europe's major events

A short list of European events and seasons where supply tightens months ahead — the Monaco Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival on the Riviera, Milan's design and fashion calendar, the Monza race weekend, and the Ibiza summer. Each guide covers vehicle planning, airport handover, road closures, and what gets confirmed before any payment is taken.

Where event-week supply is tightest

Each page is a concierge brief — vehicle picks, FBO and hotel handover, closure planning, and the lines that need to be in writing before the booking is locked. We plan against the published event schedule; nothing is reserved or guaranteed until the brief is confirmed.

  • Event · Ibiza

How event weeks work

The four constraints every event-week brief sits inside

  • Chauffeur supply constrains first

Across every event-week the binding constraint is the number of vetted chauffeurs working the city — not the inventory of cars. Early briefs lock the driver as much as the vehicle.

  • Central handover maps shift

Hotel forecourts run accredited-vehicle policies, central addresses sit inside closure perimeters, and a great many handovers shift to neighbouring cities or villa addresses. The exact handover point is set in writing.

  • FBO and arrival timing tightens

Private-aviation arrivals into Nice Côte d'Azur, Cannes-Mandelieu, Le Bourget, and other regional FBOs need a vehicle staged against the inbound leg, not the published flight time.

  • Terms in writing — before payment

Closure detours, accredited-vehicle requirements, return windows, and deposit terms are written into the brief before any card details are taken. No "from" pricing, no guaranteed access claims, no invented partnerships.
