What this page covers
Site use and concierge use
These terms apply to reading the Onestrada site and to engaging Onestrada to put a brief in front of a regional supplier. They do not replace the supplier's rental contract. The operative legal terms of the rental — vehicle, deductible, deposit, cancellation schedule, cross-border permit — sit on the contract the supplier issues with the quote.
What Onestrada does
Concierge, not principal
Onestrada operates as a concierge layer between the visitor and a vetted network of regional luxury car rental operators. We do not own the vehicles, we are not the rental principal, and the rental contract is between you and the supplier. Onestrada takes briefs, arranges quotes, gathers and forwards documents, and stays on the line through the rental.

Accuracy of editorial copy
Editorial, not contractual
City pages, marque pages, airport pages, and editorial guides describe what the typical rental in that context looks like. They do not contain the operative numbers of any specific booking. Where a figure matters — deductible, deposit, inclusive mileage, cancellation window, cross-border permit fee — it is confirmed per quote on the contract you sign, not on a category page.
Onestrada does not publish review counts, star ratings, or customer testimonials. Where a guide compares marques or cities, the comparison is editorial. Where the site links to a supplier's website or a third party, the link is informational; we don't take responsibility for the third party's content or operations.
Eligibility
Who can send a brief
You need to be of legal age to enter into a rental contract in the country of pickup, hold a valid licence for the vehicle category you're enquiring about, and meet the supplier's minimum-experience requirement (commonly five years of post-licence experience for supercars). These requirements are confirmed per quote because they differ by supplier and category.
Liability
What Onestrada is responsible for
Onestrada is responsible for the brief-to-quote concierge service we provide. The supplier is responsible for the vehicle, the rental contract, and the rental insurance. Outcomes that depend on third parties — airline disruption cascading into a missed handover, a border closure invalidating a route — are managed case by case with the supplier and don't sit on Onestrada's account.
Nothing in these terms limits any right that European or UK consumer law confers on a consumer; where local law gives a stronger right, the local law prevails.
Changes
How these terms can change
These terms can be updated as the business evolves; the current version is the one rendered on this page. Material changes — a change to who Onestrada operates as, or to the scope of the service — are announced in the concierge reply against any open brief so the change is read by everyone who has a quote in motion.
