How early should I book for a major event week?

For tightest weeks — Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival, Cannes Yachting Festival — three to six months ahead is the practical window. Chauffeur supply tends to constrain first, exotic and supercar inventory second. Self-drive or chauffeur during the event?

Both are supported.
